# Oneiro

> Oneiro designs, proves and operates blockchain infrastructure for digital ownership, identity and payments. Oneiro built Revolution Network, a ZK Layer 2 on Ethereum, and operates it in production.

Oneiro Inc. is a blockchain engineering and operations company. The name comes from the Greek word for dream. Oneiro provides software engineering and infrastructure services. Oneiro does not sell tokens or custody assets.

## What Oneiro does

- Chains: designs and builds Layer 2 networks that settle to Ethereum. Every batch carries a validity proof. Transaction data is published to Ethereum.
- Identity: onchain identity for people, organizations and AI agents, using zero knowledge credentials and a name service. Each identity ties to an accountable owner.
- Operations: sequencing, proving, verifying nodes, monitoring and upgrades for the networks Oneiro builds.
- Value: tokenized real world assets with compliance controls, programmable staking, paymasters and payment logic for agentic commerce.

## Revolution Network

Revolution Network is a ZK Layer 2 on Ethereum for digital ownership and identity. Oneiro engineered the chain and runs its infrastructure.

- Libertas: version 1 network, running.
- Virtus: version 2 testnet on ZKsync OS, EVM equivalent, next.
- Version 2 features: Airbender validity proof on every batch, data published to Ethereum in blobs, ERC-4337 smart accounts with ERC-7579 modules and passkey sign in, Cornerstone Paymaster for gas free identity, proofs and staking claims, verifying nodes that co-sign each batch (2 of 3 on testnet, 3 of 5 on mainnet), and an identity stack of Nomen (names), Sigillum (verified identity) and Agens (agents).

## Who Oneiro works with

- Financial institutions: tokenized assets, settlement and identity that meet regulatory requirements.
- Enterprises and brands: ownership, loyalty and staking programs on a verifiable chain.
- Protocol teams: architecture, proving and operations for new networks.
- Agentic commerce: verified agent identity and payment rails for AI agents.
